As if Wordpress wasn’t easy enough… they’ve gone and released 2.0 (Duke). The backend is awesome, and incorporates a lot of cool changes/additions… I’m enjoying the new “Write” console especially. It allows for file uploading from the text editor directly… no more hacks.
The upgrade was very smooth, and didn’t take anymore than 10 minutes to complete from start to finish. Backing up the home directory and the SQL database took most of that time. The actual Wordpress upgrade took all of about 2 minutes. Very sweet.
